Respecting and protecting your privacy is very important to Cleanprofs. We process data in a safe and careful manner. In doing so, we comply with privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act. That means that Cleanprofs:

Controllers and controller processors
The person responsible for the processing of the personal data is: Cleanprofs B.V., with its registered office and principal place of business at De Brauwweg 52, 3125 AE Schiedam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce with number 57693536. 


Cleanprofs can use other service providers to process the personal data that will act as processors, exclusively on behalf of Cleanprofs. Cleanprofs concludes a processing agreement with this processor in which the processor is obliged to comply with the provisions of this privacy statement.


Cleanprofs collects data from its website visitors. Cleanprofs does this, among other things, to check whether its website works properly, but also to investigate how it can better tailor its website to your wishes.


When you visit the Cleanprofs website, we ask you whether we may store data. If you refuse that permission, we will only store information that is necessary for the website to function.

Cleanprofs does not provide personal data to third parties, unless Cleanprofs does so on the basis of a legal provision or a court decision or
supervisory authority is required, or if this is necessary in the interest of preventing, detecting or prosecuting criminal offenses (such as deception, fraud or fraud) or if you have given permission for this.

If you make a request that relates to personal data, please note that we may ask you to identify yourself. If you enclose a copy of your passport or other ID, we ask you to ensure your passport photo and BSN number illegible.


If you are subscribed to a newsletter and no longer wish to receive it, you can always unsubscribe via the unsubscribe option that is included in every newsletter.


Personal data retention
Cleanprofs will not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the above purposes and as long as we are obliged to do so under the applicable
laws and regulations. After it is no longer necessary to keep your personal data, we will delete it or make it anonymous, so that it can no longer be traced back to you.
